Managing Director
Chukwueloka Obumneme Ejeh, a Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience, leads the executive/senior management of the company. Engineer Ejeh is an alumnus of the University of Nigeria, and alumnus of Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a Registered Professional Engineer. He is the founder and pioneer CEO of Dover Engineering Limited and for over 18 years, he has led the organization through phenomenal growth from one engineer in a room to over 150 engineering personnel. He is an exceptional manager and administrator with skills as well as proficiency in business development, project management and the coordination of multidisciplinary projects.
Nwabufo OKIDE
Executive Director Operations
Nwabufo Okide is Dover Engineering Limited’s Executive Director – Operations. Mr. Okide is a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant with over 30 years of experience working in various capacities and organizations before joining Dover Engineering Limited. His experience spans through the oil and gas industry and extends into the construction industry where he worked with Bouygues Offshore group for several years. Mr. Okide joined Dover Engineering Limited 15 years ago as General Manager of Operations and rose to his present position.
Ifeanyichukwu ASO
General Manager, Engineering and Projects
Ifeanyichukwu Aso is a graduate of Electrical Engineering with over 30 years of work experience in various organizations encompassing both academia and the oil and gas industry. For several years, he worked as a core engineering team member of ABB Lummus in Nigeria, which eventually became Aibel Norway. He joined Dover Engineering Limited 16 years ago as a Deputy Project Manager and rose to his current position. He has nurtured the Engineering and Project teams of the company to provide industry best practices in engineering design and project management. He is a registered member of various national and international professional bodies.
Dr. Augustine O. ONYALI (PMP)
General Manager, Engineering Design and Business Procurement Support
Dr. Augustine Ofodile Onyali (PMP), an Architect with over 25 years of oil and gas experience, is of the Senior Management cadre of Dover Engineering and is responsible for the flawless delivery of company projects as well as supporting the business development efforts, therefore, operationally forming the nexus between proposals and execution. Dr. Onyali is an alumnus of the University of Nigeria, and also an alumnus of Walden University, the USA where he bagged a doctorate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management. He is a certified member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. Dr. Onyali has worked for Dover Engineering for over 15 years and was part of the phenomenal growth of the company while managing and delivering several engineering projects successfully especially Pipeline projects of strategic infrastructural value to the country, Nigeria. He is a manager of repute, a problem solver, a leader with proven abilities to inspire team members to infinite possibilities, great writing skills, and background of high proficiency in technical drawings and quantities.
Ken IBENEME
GM Operations and Maintenance
Ken Ibeneme is a thoroughbred Upstream Oil and Gas professional with over 27 years of experience in and outside Nigeria with Shell Nigeria, Petroleum Development Oman and Dover Engineering Limited where he is currently the GM – Operations and Maintenance. He possesses extensive knowledge and skills through technical, gas commercial, business, and leadership roles in the energy industry. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Benin and other qualifications from the Warwick Business School UK and Massachusetts Institute of Technology USA. He is registered to practice as an engineer in Nigeria with COREN.His areas of specialization cover Operations and Maintenance Management, Sour Gas Operations, Maintenance Mgt Systems, Asset Integrity, Asset Maintenance Strategy Selection, Operations Readiness and Start-up, Competency Development, Shutdowns and Turnarounds. repute, a problem solver, a leader with proven abilities to inspire team members to infinite possibilities, great writing skills, and background of high proficiency in technical drawings and quantities.
Eloho ASOMBA
Engineering Manager
Eloho Asomba is a graduate of Chemical Engineering with over 18 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry. She has worked both as a sales engineer and a process engineer, offering engineering solutions as related to oil and gas installations. Her initial work experience while in SavvyTech Nigeria LTD, involved providing technical support in the procurement and installation of critical mechanical components used in the oil and gas refinery. She later joined Dover Engineering Limited, 16 years ago as a trainee process engineer and rose to her current position. While working as a process engineer, she participated in the successful execution of various conceptual, front-end engineering and detailed engineering design projects. Her experience in leading, planning and executing projects in the oil and gas sector gives credence to her current role. She is a registered member of the COREN.
